Prenatal Yoga - 3rd Trimester - Beginner's Level

This is a very gentle beginner's level class for women in their mid-to-late 3rd trimester set to soft background music. Having a bolster or a firm pillow or a few rolled up towels and two blocks might be useful for this class. We work on hip flexibility and breathwork in this class.
